Processing
Each order is made or packed by hand and ships within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
If you're not happy with your item, email us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
